About Testbusters IMAT Medschool – IMAT Preparation in Italy

Med School helps you ace the IMAT test and get into Italian Medical Schools.

Our motto is “students for students”, and all our activities are led by mother-tongue medical students from Oxford, Cambridge, and Italian medical schools, who have successfully passed the test.

We provide high-quality teaching and a peer-to-peer approach tailored for international students, which will help you succeed in the IMAT 2024 (International Medical Admissions Test).

Our story: from students for students

Testbusters IMAT Medschool was founded in Milan in 2011 by students in their second year of the Dentistry course at the University of the Lombard capital: Daniel Karang and Ludovico Callerio.

Mindful of the admission test preparation they had recently overcome, Ludovico and Daniel decided to test their teaching abilities by helping friends and high school students.

Enthusiasm and determination thus gave rise to a small preparatory course for the admission tests in Medicine, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine.

The two friends soon realized that proximity in age, awareness of the anxieties and difficulties that this exam causes, and the determination of the students are the fundamental elements upon which the course’s success is built. Studying for the Medicine entrance test is a training journey that goes beyond the test itself, involving the capacity to manage resources and emotions.

Our teachers know this well, and after being extensively trained and selected, they invest great energy in creating the right atmosphere and chemistry with their students.

The enthusiasm of all Testbusters members (who are always growing in number) and the effectiveness of the courses led to the creation of new services and initiatives, such as guidance projects for all Medicine faculties in high schools and the creation of new courses for other university tests.

From the tutoring sessions of a couple of dreaming friends, we have arrived at high-quality teaching, accessible throughout Italy, that encompasses the main university admission tests, always remaining "students for students."

The team

Our team includes the Community, which brings the spirit of Testbusters to classrooms across Italy, and the people who work at the headquarters. These are two sides of the same coin that make Testbusters a special and unique reality.

Ambition, sense of belonging, and a desire to experiment are the distinctive traits of the TB team, born from the union of different aspirations and paths.

We are a truly unique mix of curiosity, talent, and energy!

The Community

The Community is the beating heart of Testbusters and is made up of over 1000 instructors scattered throughout Italy.

Since 2011, it has grown, becoming increasingly structured.

Our headquarters is in Milan and relies on a team of over 30 professionals and close collaborators (some also coming from the Community).

Meet the team

Every Testbusters IMAT Medschool instructor has passed the IMAT test and is currently a Medical student or a graduate. This ensures constant updates and the ability to offer practical, results-oriented teaching.
